enhance tilix by adding a customizable right menu

eg. I cant right click "clear active terminal
eg. cant remove "copy as html" that i dont need it oersonally.
eg. i cant add whatever i like as command to right click menu.

running tilix in debian trixie.

even after purging tilix, patching tilix, rebuilding all features from scratch... yet copy as html is there and not only that, it is working too!!!

ok maybe because tilix was running and changes was not applied
